Choosing the fabric & leather
We'll confirm your choice of sofa material with you and ensure all the materials choosing are suitable for your sofa style.

Wooden materials cutting and frame construction
We'll confirm your choice of sofa material with you and ensure the frame is built from solid wood by skilled carpenters, creating a strong and stable structure.

Spring system and padding
In order to make comfortable sofa, we will choose different spring,such as S spring,spring bag attach to the frame. Then padding high density foam or memory foam according to comfort level.

Cutting and Stitching
The fabric and leather will be cut by automatic cutting machines and then stitched by our skilled workers.

Upholstery
The upholsterers will use staples to secure the fabric to the frame, creating a smooth and polished sofa look. They may also incorporate decorative elements such as button tufting for specific styles or metal strips.

Inspection
Quality inspector will check sofa according to function test,color comparing ,proper stitching,and good sofa looking.

Packing & Shipping
We will according to customer required to choose the packing types. Such as common standard export packages such as soft packages or carton packages.The finished sofa will be wrapped by PE films or EPE and protected well in the packages and loading in the container then shipping by sea.
